We at goIDit recognize your right to confidentiality and are committed to protecting your privacy. While you interact with our websites we may collection information from you. We use the information that we collect on our sites to provide you with a superior product and experience. When you use the goIDit solution as one of our customers, we will ask you to set up “your account”, which includes your name, e-mail address, as well as certain other information. If you are not one of our customers then you are not required to set up an account. We may, however, ask you to identify yourself in our to provide you with a better, more personalized, shopping experience.

We protect your account information against unauthorized access or release. We will not give, sell, rent or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless you have authorized us to, or we are legally required to do so. If you engage with us through a single sign-on (SSO) partner ,or by otherwise providing us with identity information, you are consenting to the use of your information within our system and services, including authorization to share this information with our service’s customers.

Should goIDit or substantially all of its assets be sold, customer information will be one of the transferred business assets.

Use of our App

As part of goIDit’s offering we provide a free app available for iOS and Android devices. Our app can be used with or without login credentials:

1. Our app can be used without login by car shoppers while visiting a car dealership’s lot that offers our services. It provides their available inventory, links to the vehicles, and much more. Location Permission and Location Data: When using the app we ask for permission to get your location in order to know at what dealership you are. We do NOT record your location, track you, sell your location info, or otherwise store your personalized location anywhere. Other Data: Our app does collect performance data related only to how our app is working, to improve our app’s features. We do not sell this information. It is securely transmitted and stored on our servers.
2. If you are a car dealership employee at a dealership offering our services, then you are provided with a login during service setup that allows you to use more of our app’s features. Location Permission and Location Data: When using the app we ask permission to get your location while using the app and in the background. This location data is ONLY used to automatically update the location of goIDit‘s RF asset tags that are installed on your car dealership’s vehicles while you are moving past them. We do NOT record your location, track you, sell your location info, or otherwise store your personalized location anywhere. Other Data: Our app does collect performance data related only to how our app is working, to improve our app’s features. We do not sell this information. It is securely transmitted and stored on our servers.
